以前很長的時間住在日本,很多地方a5牛都食用過,這間雖然主打a5和牛但跟在日本當地吃還是有差距,但整体上算合格了。另外單點的菜單有一些套餐裡吃不到的部位,預算足夠的話可以點看看,牛肉油花的表現應該會比較好。

這是一家主賣和牛的燒肉店,在台中跟高雄都各開了一家,特色是每一次到店的和牛產地都有所不同,所以想完食日本各地和牛的老饕們就可以經常光顧。 今天是來台中的和牛賀,到店後確認訂位身份,防疫消毒後就被帶位到以和牛命名的包廂內準備用餐,服務人員會先介紹套餐菜單為顧客點餐,也會介紹今日供應的和牛出處及肉品證書。 餐桌上會先擺上3款沾醬、2款小菜及1壺雞湯和今日飲品(當天喝到的是冬瓜檸檬) 爐火也會先開啟預熱。 雞湯是現場熬煮的,在踏入店內的左手邊有一處小隔間,用玻璃拉門隔開,裡面就擺著大鍋在煮雞湯。雞湯喝起來的味道還不錯,但是雞湯壺沒有保溫效果,喝到後面就明顯涼掉了,略為可惜。 上菜的速度拿捏的還不錯,先上桌的是胡麻醬沙拉,認真的說,就是一碗少少平凡無奇的沙拉,是套餐中最大的敗筆,隨後送上台灣土雞肉、霜降松阪豬、宜蘭櫻桃鴨拼盤,肉品的表現都還不錯,會讓人更期待和牛的登場。 可爾必思冰沙上桌後也送上剛煮好的釜飯,白飯量不多,軟硬度適中,搭配燒肉吃有加分到。 很快和牛隨即登場,服務人員仔細的為客人介紹如何料理燒烤並送上昆布鹽解膩,並協助示範燒烤。我們點的雙人套餐是2760元的,有6種不同部位的和牛軟嫩程度略有差異,但都富含豐富的油脂。其中沙朗蓋肉的油脂量最高,頭刀的部分油脂較少些,每一個部分約有三片肉,一開始覺得肉量不多,但ㄧㄧ品嚐下來真的飽到吃不完,昆布鹽也用掉了一整盤,開始覺得膩口了,服務人員有觀察到我們的戰鬥力直線掉落,立即建議先送上海鮮讓我們交錯烤比較不膩。 海鮮有三種:大草蝦、小鮑魚、北海道生食級干貝,干貝真的很鮮又美味,小鮑魚的部分可能是我們烤的熟成度能捏不好,沒有預期的美味,草蝦的部分有一隻稍微軟爛一點,有影響到口感。 我們奮戰超過2小時才把所有東西烤完,在服務人員來整理座位後隨即送上甜點,這一頓吃完真的飽到不行。也發現我們的戰鬥力還蠻弱的。 備註: 1、包廂式的用餐空間隱密性較佳,用餐較舒適 2、服務人員的態度很好,續點的需求也都很快送上,也會留意顧客的用餐狀態,適時給予服務。 3、換烤網的頻率很高,值得讚許。 原本是想給5顆星的,但其他食材配品表現上有缺失稍微扣分。

肉的品質真的值五顆星, 但感覺店家在小細節多用點心的話我會願意帶朋友來訪! 每個都有獨立隔間 有日式氛圍 這次吃的是日本香川縣小豆島的讚岐牛(橄欖牛)! 肉質很不錯 和牛吃的很滿足! 店員態度也都很親切不錯、可惜較專業食材店員沒有代烤服務! 可惜有幾點讓我覺得沒有燒肉店應該要有的水準 1.蔬菜類建議沙拉可以給多一點比較霸氣 2.雞湯付的蔥花應該切更細 太粗的蔥花 沒辦法帶出雞湯的香氣 吃起來也嗆辣感也太明顯 可惜的地方 3.有些商品擺盤(塑膠材質)過於廉價 建議換有質感一點 跟網路上看的別人的照片不太一樣 4.環境擺了些許進口肉品紙箱 (一樓或二樓都是),若要請朋友吃或慶祝會覺得有礙觀瞻,離高級燒肉有一大段距離,環境就是很重要的一點。 5.看到昆布鹽裝在塑膠罐裡面直接擺在櫃檯,若要方便,介意放在看不到的地方或者換個密封罐,看起來比較有質感。
