片鴨肉感覺沒很脆香，不知道是不是包裝的關係
但炒骨跟鹽酥真的很好吃
很適合下飯跟配酒
鹽酥是我目前吃過最好吃的?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有天經過這間烤鴨店突然發現他們比別間多了鹽酥一吃，所以就買了一隻$540回去嚐鮮。
鹽酥裡面有加蒜頭和薑還有九層塔，整體鹹度剛好，口味蠻特殊的。
片鴨不會有很多肥油，醬炒大辣也不錯，口味都有中上，這間買一隻都有附兩包蔥和兩包餅皮還有兩包醬，份量比起別間也較大，而且店員服務態度優質。
總之以後要吃烤鴨可能都會優先考量這間，畢竟多了一吃，口味也不差，是間頗均衡的烤鴨店?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彰化員林在地頗受推薦的烤鴨店，新開的太平分店，可做三吃，片鴨、爆炒、鹽酥三種料理法，烤鴨跟刀工技術都不錯，肉質鮮嫩多汁，鴨肉不會太柴，片鴨片的很乾淨份量十足，爆炒骨架屬於湯汁較多類型，稍微帶點甜味的醬汁但炒得很入味，鹹酥骨架使用薑片一起油炸灑上胡椒，雖然鹹香有餘，但因酥炸過後鴨肉已經太乾柴，個人就比較沒有這麼推薦，半鴨280，全鴨520-540，稍微可惜的是覺得餅皮較厚，有時候吃起來口感比較沒這麼好，整體說起來非常值得推薦。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外送一到 整間房子飄來一股杠杠的味道，打開這個半隻鴨的部分像是4分之1的港覺。我們烤鴨的靈魂所在於「甜麵醬」的部分，完全就是走不甜不咸不感覺的部分，讓人摸不著頭緒的一家烤鴨店。歡迎大家吃吃看這種鴨肉吃起來帶點沙沙的fu⋯然後有點酸酸的味道⋯類似「臭酸」辣樣 不知道有沒有食安問題
