試吃心得：
米血很好吃！有先用鹽、胡椒調味過非純水煮的那種。
筍乾淡而無味似乎忘了加鹽的感覺....
不曉得是店家本身口味如此還是？？
（和過往在他店吃到的口味鹹度完全不同）
當然筍乾原有的醃製品香味是有的~
鵝肉口味則中規中矩沒有太大的驚艷感...
話說鵝肉的切法是本來就這樣嗎？
為什麼肉都沒一刀切斷，有好幾塊肉都是連在一起的夾肉時不太方便還要一直撥斷才能吃到，有點費事。
四分之一鵝肉、米血筍乾各一份，一共470元~
忘記問老闆米血筍乾的價格了，建議店家能放上價格表方便參考價格！

（很好吃 很軟很有好吃?）

（就是30很划算CP很高）

（有點硬度 很大份 個人覺得一般我喜歡吃軟的）
