品質不錯，服務也很貼心。 我覺得旅行業真的很辛苦，要面對眾多的人，服務過程中當然無法百分百的完美，但他們卻是盡一切努力去滿足我們的需求。 加油。我們都很滿意。

我們今天戶外教學，領隊要我們綁童軍繩，我們國小有同學童軍繩不見，領隊一直罵他，並且要求他罰站。讓大家都很不開心。

很用心的旅行社，整個行程的安排及時間掌控，配合度都很好。對於學生的飯店遺留物，也盡力幫忙送回學校。

tbh, i don't really understand what I went through those two days, like-- why did i go there just to take pictures and listen to the guide scolding us? what did I do wrong? I really would like to know. And on the first day, around afternoon, we went to this beach place. The schedule on the guide, originally specified the fact that we were going to play in the water. But when we got there, all we ever did was play with sand, and didn't touch a drop of water. Where was the tourist place supposed to be, the desert, or the seaside? What I was really disappointed in was the event that took place after we finished dinner and went back to the "seaside". Everyone was told to scream, get high and all by the guide, and thats what we did. But excuse me, why were we scolded that we were too loud right after that? I thought you were the ones that told us to be the loudest as we can. Even though i do understand about the fact that, yes, all of us were tired and all by that time, but why bring the anger on us? What I was the most surprised about, was a sentence that one of the guides said, "We do understand the things that you said about you paying for this, and that we are the ones that should respect the people who paid us, but we are humans, so we won't hesitate to yell at you." Anyways, enough of the rambling. The only problem that there ever was, is the emotions that the guides express. The mentality. So if there's anyway that this could change, it's how they should keep calm, and move on with their tourist guiding. (被揍飛
