★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡是水利局的水資源回收中心之一，算是一處小小的景點，不太會有人到訪；有生態池，也保留了當地的老樹；三樓頂樓還有空中花，黃昏時來到這裡看夕陽還滿不錯的。

這裡的建築也算滿有特色的，要上二樓的樓梯還有配合小水道，可惜目前都沒有水在流就是了，是一點是滿可惜的；裡面還有一個小型生態池，頗有意境的。
這裡佔地雖然不大，但似乎是一個很適合慵懶放空的好去處。
