已經預約過週二和週四會固定的時間去洗髮結果一點時間觀念都沒有讓我等了1個多小時才幫我洗頭以為大家都時間都很多是不是到底有沒有時間觀念而且就因為我是學生所以態度超差看到家長來馬上變得跟紙面虎一樣。不想做就不要做,沒人欠你啦。

第一次來到這間店時,喜歡那位設計師的親和力,因此購買了櫻花那組護髮產品,說可以享護髮五次,買了產品後那位設計師就沒做了,但是護髮卡片和產品都在,第二次去護髮換個設計師服務,都還正常,然後第三次去護髮時,不知道助理是在趕時間還是不熟悉,我帶去的護髮那罐她是直接用一坨抹頭髮上,跟之前兩次上護髮的方式明顯完全不同,就在這次我帶去的半罐多護髮直接被用光了,根本就浪費,一堆都抹到我脖子上,那次結束,櫃檯結帳時我就反應了,護髮這個被這樣用完那我後面的三次護髮都不用作了嗎?當下櫃檯男的告訴我可以自備自己的護髮沒關係,當下想說算了就這樣吧,第四次,改用自己的護髮產品,今天第五次已經預約好到現場時,才告知用自己護髮產品要另外加價300,然後有設計師馬上前來告知可以購買自備護髮的優惠方案什麼什麼的,當下心裡已經一把火了,當初你們怎麼告知說可以自備?現在反反覆覆的說自備另外付費,然後再說根據髮量的關係所以產品使用完畢就是沒有提供服務了,要這樣講那我的洗髮精和護髮油都還有怎麼不這樣說?如果要這樣講,麻煩卡片就不要打五次護髮,直接寫購買本組產品享免費護髮到產品使用完畢,這樣不是更清楚?當下那種感覺就是硬性推銷似的,很缺業績嗎?直接改成洗頭不護了,不差那300,但心情就是很差...!

設計師會挑客人。對於只是前往洗頭的客人態度明顯不悅不屑。想說的是,如果是這樣,貴店大可不要設置單純洗頭項目。沒有預約要等待,其實都可以接受。但某女設計師很明顯就沒有客人需要服務,也不願意趕緊幫我洗頭,東拖西拖,臉也臭得跟什麼⋯把客人晾著!等了快一個小時,才有助理跑來詢問我,助理態度很好,飯都沒敢吃完,看到我坐很久,自動來服務我。不止一次去你們店了,會去是真的你們洗頭很舒服,也滿會吹整的。但每次去,設計師幾乎都沒有熱忱,感覺就是自己花錢去看你們臉色。雖說洗頭只是你們最平價的項目之一,但坦白說,因為這樣的感受,我就算之後想做更多項目,好一點的項目,我完全不會想選擇你們。因為已大扣分了呀! 員工素質需提升,狗眼看人低實在不可取。

想不起來是多久前去的采瑟洗頭. 幾年前采瑟在中山路. 還沒搬過來時. 偶爾會去理髮+洗頭. 那時設計師的態度還是不錯的. 然而采瑟搬到樹孝路後. 第一次去理髮+洗頭. 結果就像樓下客人說的. 設計師會挑客人. 上次遇到的是男設計師. 因為只剩他跟2個助理. 我禮貌過去請他幫我剪. 他說要等. 我等了30分鐘. 他還在跟女客閒聊. 慢慢磨... ( 感覺被無視.. ) 後來是我不想等了. 頭髮沒剪. 只洗了個頭. ( 回家自己剪 ). 助理的服務態度著實比設計師好太多了 ! 反正是很不愉快的經驗. 這之後. 就寧可( 自己剪 ). 再也不想去美容院了 ! 是否不花個3000~4000. 或7000~8000. 就不會被正視 ? 好在現在學會自己剪. 自己染髮. 也學會幫人理髮. 我快剪部. 每天剪60~70顆頭. 不過是理個髮. 設計師有需要那麼高傲嗎 ? 我從來不會這樣對客人。樓下瀏海還被剪成狗啃的 ? 誇張 ! 這種水平... 我瀏海剪得超好的. 無論是幫客人剪或剪自己。
