老闆收單、做餐、收錢都很迅速且很快回應客人需求。難得一見的優質小吃店。環境也乾淨。價位平實。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屬於比較Q彈型的，愛軟爛的應該不會很喜歡，不錯吃，但肥的滿膩的，特地點的腳筋是很大的敗筆，筋的部份偏硬但又沒口感，碎肉的部分又一絲絲的好柴。
