★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近電話訂購母親節蛋糕，提及會員號碼集點～店員表示：集點活動已在去年底截止&兌換時間到一月底！這個消息在我一月電話訂蛋糕&報會員號碼集點時，為何沒有主動告知？現在活動都已經結束這麼久才得知這樣的消息～加上自己之前為了集點&“捨近求遠”到太平店去買蛋糕麵包的行為，這是叫我情何以堪呢？店員這樣消極的服務精神，真的是很讓人無言以對！
近幾年來，蛋糕價格連番上漲，就算味道評價不錯，只要繼續搭配上這樣的服務態度，生意要好+肯定會難上加難！

結果打開蛋糕，真的傻眼、跟照片的差這麼多、巧克力做成直棒、插著一圈，實在難看，邊飾杏仁碎片潮濕軟掉的口感，又為何要省草莓成本省成這樣、750元八吋、如果需要加價才能滿版草莓、可以告知啊、不要用騙的，感覺很差！枉費蛋糕體本身還不錯吃。可惜外型欠佳。
