爵	爵希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/24晚間去取貨，臨櫃時不叫人，也完全不說話，因為兩個包裹很輕但比較大，一個個子矮短髮中性一點的店員拿不住，直接把我的兩個包裹摔在桌上，態度消極就算了，連最簡單不需要學歷的工作也做不好，如果這麼討厭面對客人，去洗碗就好了，世界上還有很多人等著工作做，麻煩檢討一下自己的員工。如果這麼討厭取貨的客人，麻煩取消取貨服務。（原本這間店是我最常去也最喜歡的，其他店員態度都很正常） I went to pick up the goods at night on 9/24. 詹	詹侑錫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該店的服務人員。服務態度極差專業度不足。同樣的東西我在另外一家店的支付也不到$130。結果我在這家店付了150多。東西拿回家之後仔細想了想算了算。覺得怎麼都不對。再回去詢問的時候。服務態度不是很OK那就算了。我要全部退刷了。還跟我要手機支付條碼。明明是應該退刷的。結果又變成手機支付一百多。不就還好我有看手機。詢問之後。他們又開始手忙腳亂的趕快總共2筆金額全部退給我。全部的過程從我買飲料麵包開始到結束前後浪費了我快一個小時。服務態度不好專業度不足。真的有損全家便利商店的聲譽。這一次以後不會再去該店消費了 Staff of the store.
