首先 感謝許醫師,藥師&護理師們,長年來視病如親守護全家及社區住戶們! 尤其是疫情蔓延期間,您們辛苦了! 今日因預約疫苗一事,電話中被護理師連環砲責罵,當下選擇道歉是因為人在前往貴診所路上,社區鄰居已圍觀過來。且不願占用貴診所電話線,讓病人打不進來。 如今還原真相是為捍衛我名譽! 週四夜希望預約週六上午為85歲慈母打第4劑,護理師急躁不耐煩的說已額滿只能候補,若11:20 沒接到電話通知,就沒希望。又問週二週三? 回覆下週可能被政府徵收給學校,有預約成功也會被取消! 因慈母6月中旬 必需外出,將會在密閉空間接觸大量人群。而第三劑已滿5個月,保護力已驟降。為人子女難免恐慌地詢問其他診所。 對方電話中親切了解狀況,叫我先準備身份證正反面影本,小黃卡&健保卡,讓年邁慈母在車上或附近空況處等侯避免群聚,僅我去排現場...高下立判! 我上午排隊拿到號碼牌時,就一直打電話給貴診所,無奈是永遠通話中,直到11:14 打通時,就被劈頭痛罵浪費疫苗,慈母不是後補! ... (週四預約時,手機是開擴音讓妹妹也能聽到。 今日上午我打貴診所共7通電話,若有需要可以出示通聯記錄證明! 因為打不通才打算走到貴診所...) 如今我在此反問: 若不是後補,如何得知11:20 一事? 若是正取, 請捫心自問妳有告知影印身份證一事嗎? 惝若妳忙亂中,將後補記錄成正取而將疫苗開瓶, 妳不會覺得奇怪? 走路不需5分鐘的長年病患,拖到11點多還未出現,就開瓶? 我手機記錄妳來電是11:12未接。 我可以體諒因台中疫情嚴重,妳已身心俱疲。 但今日我不發文還原真相,是否日後又有其他人招受同樣待遇?
