為了攜碼轉至台哥大前往店內詢問 店員推銷的話術讓人無法信服 只能辦高費率的,沒有低於1千元的,少於1千的都沒有吃到飽專案 折算下來我回了句:那這樣跟買空機差不多了 然後店員就開始說服我,說我有錢買空機不如就辦1399元的月租,折算下來只差900元而已⋯然後說一次付完手機費跟月租提高不是一樣?這太沒說服力了吧⋯ 而且我那句話的意思並不是我有錢買空機啊⋯ 重點就是我都可以攜碼轉約了,為什麼要花這錢去買空機價,然後續了一個更高月租的? 倒不如花錢去買空機繼續用遠傳799的就好了⋯

老客戶的不滿情緒 1.對近80歲的老人家推銷高資費方案(門號吃到飽,月費999元),還綁了42個 月(提早續約1年), 跟老人家說可以拿取新手機,店家這樣不合理的經營模式,令人難以恭維! 2.契約簽立的基礎應考量買方的年紀,智識程度,還有他之前使用的費率基礎,另外服務業不是該以客戶真正需求為考量?老人家不會用line,也不會上網,為何需要999吃到飽?42期近四萬二,對老人家來說,無疑是每月生活中的一筆大開銷。 3.未與父親同住的子女,打客服申訴,才知道竟綁了42期,當下只覺得太欺負老人家,新的智慧手機不會用,只能再續約一老人機給他,門市賣方卻完全只抓住契約已經簽訂,完全不理會客戶的不滿,是老人家不想麻煩子女的錯?還是他不懂的錯?難道賣方完全沒有過失? 4.整個家族十多人都是大哥大的用戶,老中這輩都是從東信時期直接沿用至今,數十年的習慣、信賴,都被太平中興直營店破壞殆盡,我也認真在考慮申訴若對店家無任何的效力,說服家人集體攜碼離開。

一個字,爛,沒有一個專業的,為了業績,都叫消費者申辦5G,但沒有主動告知消費者所處位置是否有5G訊號,本人2022/03/31續約從4G合約轉5G合約,我只能說台灣大哥大並不專業,只為了賺錢,基地台並不成熟,也沒提供5G涵蓋範圍/至少遠傳有/浪費了本人半個多月的時間與業者一直處理,最後取消合約,手機變成買空機做成結尾,這樣的結果讓本人這輩子不會在使用/台灣大哥大,節約的時候,該店的店長還一個臭臉,問什麼都不回答,是否心裡想我既然轉回原來合約就可以不于理會.....本人合約剩下一個月到期,一定馬上攜到別家,反正不差我一個,但是我一定會告訴所有親朋好友,不要再用該電信業者,因為.........爛,不誠實,一顆星已經是非常勉強???
