★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯和服務人員態度都很有問題，大燈一開始有問題不會亮，原打算改下次驗車，但服務人員稱可以處理好大燈的問題，驗完車後卻又說自己沒辦法處理，剛開始信誓旦旦的堅持自己可以，事後卻藉口一大堆說自己不會處理，如果不會處理請不要誇大說詞，導致我們更麻煩。
The attitude of the counter and the service staff are very problematic. The headlights will not turn on when there is a problem at the beginning. I originally planned to change the car for the next inspection, but the service staff said that they could handle the headlight problem.
