以前沒蝦皮店到店的時候,服務跟態度都很好,今天去寄件,動線及取貨流程都很亂,不管取貨寄貨都只有一個服務台,都在服務取貨的人,寄貨的人不是客人嗎?都已經輪到我了,還叫我去排隊,那我剛剛排心酸的嗎,找貨的期間明明就可以先幫我刷條碼,不知道在瞎忙什麼,體驗極差。

以前覺得蝦皮購物的方便來自於運費的減免,所以對消費者來說是便利的,自從店到店服務開始以後,品質也開始變質,有些店家不知是因為原本的業績不好或者是店長的紙政策錯誤,導致包裹除了分類不易尋找以外,消費者連自行尋找也有困難,排隊結帳的櫃檯和店內購物的櫃檯標示不明,店員也只能無奈做著自己的工作,但明明可以改善的,這次第二次的蝦皮店到店消費經驗讓我更加確定這間店的服務品質是爛中有剩的。

原本想給一顆星, 2顆星是給過往的服務, 以前店員好心詢問加購和滿額禮。 自從有蝦皮店到店,就變調, 動線亂七八糟, 店員有3人比7-11多,還是無法負荷, 找不到貨, 講白了,SOP有問題,老鳥女店員跟不上, 年輕店員無能為力, 不知道為何把蝦皮寄件和印條碼用在同一個櫃檯, 搞得賣家不管是印條碼還是寄件都在排隊, 老鳥店員搞得蝦皮店到店像是自己開, 可以隨時更改規則,把賣家當下等客戶對待, 別忘了,賣家也是買家,好嗎?= = 我之前購買貴店商品時,老鳥女店員是正常服務, 現在變成寄件賣家,老鳥女店員就是臉臭, 我是寄件時是要順便買個東西, 才能換得正常服務嗎? 來大里2年多,因住在附近, 平均一個禮拜習慣性去消費2-3次, 我之後還是乖乖繞路去全聯吧! 不會再來此店消費!

我訂了蝦皮的東西,2/8號一直到了門市,我第二天要去領店員一直說沒有進系統不能領貨,我想說可能東西太多那過一天再來,結果我過一天再去也是一樣的答案,隨後的每天我都去問都給我一樣的答案。我2/8就到的到貨拖到了都要被退件了一樣領不了,我想問一下如果我被告惡意不領貨店員負責嗎?如果你們人員不足或是無法消化的話拜託不要接店到店的服務,你們麻煩我們也麻煩好嗎。

我前幾次去拿包裹的體驗都OK,店員態度都很好~ 我幾乎不評分留言的,但我也是住這一里的年輕人,去了幾次覺得店裡有要改進的地方~ 給四星是希望剩下的那一顆星,店家可以改善,加油!!! ※領取包裹的動線跟他們的包裹分類都不大OK 一邊結帳區,右邊寄、領取包裹區的地方太窄了,建議領取包裹的後方不要堆疊東西,去了幾次真的覺得動線太亂,這樣客人排隊人多的時候結帳、領包裹的人擠在一起,造成動線亂(目前看這問題還是存在,人稍微多的時候絕對亂) ※領取包裹不建議店員、客人一起找(我白天還是晚上去領都是店員找,目前真的還沒碰到叫我自己找) 要就店員找,不然就是開放客人自己找,但目前我看包裹區域太小,如果店員、客人同時各自找自己的,這樣人多反而會變得更亂。 ※再來就是放置包裹的櫃子,我發現真的是櫃子不夠放,導致不管是大的、中的、小的包裹全都放在一起,導致店員找包裹的時間更加拉長,這點應該是店長要檢討改變一下,或是跟總公司反應是否放置包裹的櫃子可以在增加,建議可學四大超商,櫃子上可列印貼0~9數字,商品的包裹上黏貼後三碼的熱感應紙,以及我上面所說的寄、領取包裹動線都要通盤改善。 以上這些就是真心建議,以前也從事過服務業,所以我一直也是抱持體恤每個服務業店員的辛苦,當然這些建議還是要看店家的店長還是上層可以做決策的人要不要改變~ 我覺得不管是寄包裹的還是領包裹的,店員態度應該一致(互相尊重),如果遇到會針對你是要什麼服務,可能就像其他有人提到寄貨的人,店員態度有差的話,我是會直接當面跟店員說(本身就是比較直接的人) 目前去的幾次感受是很OK!還沒有遇到其他人所說可能態度不好或是要你自己找包裹,我覺得還是老話一句”互相尊重”是最重要的,畢竟這邊客戶幾乎多數都是我們這一里的住戶,老鄰居長輩多數都互相認識,如果真的不友善的店員,建議還是當面反應溝通或是MAIL美聯社客服信箱或是客服電話處理~
