住院時並未提醒需要把日常用藥全數交給醫院，許多事項也未傳達。
得知需繳出日常用藥以後，我將藥袋交出，護士說會定時發藥給我，但不是沒給就是重複給藥，也還好自己有注意到，病人和家屬需要多注意才行！
