★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初次去貴診所看診，並不知道醫生看完之後要「自行」去櫃檯詢問自己的藥包好了沒，也沒有任何人告知，我就空等了快20分鐘，結果藥包早就好了，櫃檯小姐的解釋是因為不確定有沒有針灸。總共兩個小姐一個站櫃一個跑內，難道就不能互相配合一下交代病人是否有針灸嗎？就讓人這樣一直空等，感受真的超級不好，請你們改善，謝謝。
It was my first visit to your clinic. I didn’t know that the doctor had to go to the counter “by myself” to ask if my medicine package was ready after reading it. No one told me. I just waited for about 20 minutes, and the medicine package was ready. Well, the lady at the counter explained that it was because I wasn't sure whether there was acupuncture or moxibustion. A total of two young ladies, one standing at the counter and one running inside, can't they cooperate with each other and explain whether the patient has acupuncture? It feels really super bad to make people wait like this, please improve, thank you.
