★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瑜珈讓我面對並改善多年來右腿的問題,這些年來,我的右腿腳筋感覺變的越來越緊,慢慢的,當坐著腳彎曲的時候,遇到要打噴嚏或咳嗽的話,就一定要馬上把右腳伸直,要不然右腳筋會傳來被拉扯的疼痛感。
幾年下來,右腳越來越難抬高,不知道該怎麼辦,直到接觸到乃瑜老師的瑜珈課,幾堂課舒緩拉伸之下,竟然驚喜的發現右腳改善了,讓我擔心害怕那麼久的問題,瑜珈鍛鍊全身,也真的讓我緊縮的筋骨得到放鬆鍛鍊的機會,感謝乃瑜老師的瑜珈。
Yoga has allowed me to face and improve my right leg problem over the years. Over the years, my right leg hamstrings have become tighter and tighter. When sitting with my feet bent, I have to sneeze or cough. , You must immediately straighten your right foot, or the right hamstring will get the pain of being pulled.
Over the years, it became more and more difficult to raise the right foot. I did n’t know what to do until I came into contact with Nai Yu ’s yoga class. After a few sessions of soothing stretching, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my right foot had improved, which made me worry. Afraid of such a long time, yoga exercises my whole body, it really gives me a chance to relax and tighten my muscles. Thanks to teacher Naiyu for yoga.
