不過湯頭還是可以多加一些薑母，會更清湯清香
湯頭還是永興路那間無招牌的好吃，因為他薑味比較重，喝起來感覺有補到
豬皮很Q耐嚼，可惜就是感覺一般醬油魯過而已，沒有到好吃的程度
