If you are a Scotch drinker in Dali and you’re looking to stock up on, this store is the place for you. The selection is what you’d expect when it comes to a Scotch store in Taiwan, major blends and the more popular single malts, Johnnie Walker, Famous Grouse, Glenmorangie, and Glenfiddich, etc., with a smattering of wines, liqueurs, and clear spirits to round things out. They may not have a lot in the way of breadth, but they make up for it in depth. I saw most commercially available Johnnie Walkers and Grant’s as well as many different Glenfiddich. Furthermore, all bottles seemed competitively priced. I get the feeling that a discerning eye might be able to stumble across a few treasures or deals. Where the store really shines though is the service. I wasn’t followed around or shown the current promotion whisky. When I asked about the store’s limited bourbon selection, the clerk apologized and pointed out some Scotch that she thought was bourbon-esque. Would go definitely go back.
