◎借給客人的代用車，沒油!!沒油!!沒油!!要主動提出才給錢!!還要自己去加油!!
◎約定好交車時間，客人已出門前往才打電話告知無法交車，因騎車無法接電話而到店家才知道白跑一趟還要再多等一天，期間有2~3小時可以確認時間可否交車，不懂為何交車時間已到才試圖電話告知。
◎沒有要求維修的東西隨意更換、移除，完全沒有事先告知。
雷到沒辦法給任何星，如果可以不給星，絕對不給!
