而且洗得很乾淨、非常專業，我根本沒有跟老闆說我的衣服哪裡有弄髒但是老闆還是能在檢查的時候發現並幫我洗乾淨，如果有機會我還會來光顧

還用「東西久了本來就會壞」這種理由告知朋友，那個娃娃真的是我們一群人的寶貝，覺得這樣的態度讓人無法接受，也無法理解...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心愛的娃娃送洗了好幾次，唯有本次的服務讓人失望透頂。娃娃的右眼及鼻子，不知道是何原因被洗到霧化及脫皮了。
後續詢問店家，店家只一直想灌輸我東西本來就有折舊，有時候放久了本來就會壞掉或脫皮的觀念，且給我一副「我在把事情小題大作」的感覺。
我送洗前娃娃都好好的，取回時就出現明顯瑕疵，這不是洗壞什麼才是洗壞？
今天我沒跟店家要任何賠償，連一句基本的道歉都沒有，實在令人心寒。當做學個教訓，洗衣店還是洗洗衣服就好，不要送自己心愛的娃娃去給人糟踏。
