推薦雙蛋炸彈,蛋可以選擇熟或半熟,餅皮炸的酥酥的蠻好吃的,醬料不會太死鹹味道剛剛好,搭配半熟蛋爆漿的蛋黃與酥軟的外皮真的蠻對味的。
如果點半熟蛋可以放一下再吃,主要是要讓蛋黃稍微凝固一些,因為剛炸完蛋黃流動性較強,讓他凝固些咬下去才不會滿嘴都是,也能讓蛋黃香氣更濃郁。
