我外婆住在護理之家三樓
自從過年前輪換一批護理人員後
整個服務品質大不如前
例如晚上感覺冷或是大便後想請護理人員來處理
護理人員竟置之不理!
而且準備亞培葡勝納給外婆補充營養，結果一周少了16罐，問題是我外婆說根本沒有每天喝!
可否建議貴單位將原本的服務人員換回來，並且裝設監視器讓護理人員有所警惕，不要讓家屬沒看見的時候，任由外籍護理人員為所欲為!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的婆婆住在安養中心,2個多月後突然被更換了床位,安養中心的人員謊稱已告知家屬,但經家屬間確認根本無任何家屬知情,只由它們任意變動,不尊重消費者的權利。經過消費者反應爭取後,中心回覆可轉回原住房,但,只經2小時後,非但没轉回去,又來電說我婆婆同意變更房位,。這種收了錢之後,服務態度大轉變的行為,令人無法接受與認同。若有想入住者,請自己詳細評估斟酌一下喔。
