菜很脆，皮煎的恰恰，整體調味的很好。
招牌其實沒有寫畢媽媽，只有一個水煎包的旗子。但很好找，從明道花園城入口進去第一個巷口轉角就是了，路小不太好臨停。
韭菜盒很快賣完，要買要早。
