★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我原本頭很痛，睡眠品質不佳也不好，但是從家人方面得知有這個岩盤浴的課程可以改善這方面的困擾，所以參加這次活動。
第一次經驗就有明顯感受到不一樣的感覺，平常要吃安眠藥的我今天躺了岩盤浴自然而然就睡著了，而且沒有睡眠品質的不好，我覺得很神奇！
身體指數也有明顯改變，後面幾次的體驗我相信一定可以得到很棒的改善。
