★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/4在家樂福買時有告知和家會派人來裝,熱水器會先送達,5號家樂福就送到,8號晚上來一通莫名其妙的電話說安裝人員來會打電話,然後沒任何訊息。9號到家樂福請他們確認,只推說有來電是我們沒接,說10或11號派人來,等到11號12:30點說在路上,一小時內到,到15:40才到。沒買過服務這麼差的熱水器,買了還被迫洗6天冷水澡,給一星我真的嫌太多 。
