★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我母親曾是福碩的住民，一個月前在裡面突然腦內出血與腦水腫，被緊急送到醫院急診，3天後在加護病房過世。入住福碩前我母親沒有腦內出血症狀。母親死後我帶身份證件去問裡面的櫃臺我母親在裡面的狀況，櫃臺直接說不能告訴我，要填申請表問簽約人（我弟弟）是否同意，才可以告訴我母親住在裡面時的狀況。
My mother used to be a resident of Fushuo. Suddenly there was a sudden hemorrhage and cerebral edema in the brain a month ago. She was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment and died in the ICU 3 days later. My mother had no symptoms of intracerebral hemorrhage before staying at Fushuo. After my mother died, I took my ID to ask the counter inside. My mother was in the counter. The counter said directly that she could n’t tell me. I had to fill in an application form and ask the signatory (my brother) if I agreed. .
