但…覺得份量有點少?
也許我的食量偏大?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 質正量圓，吃得出用心的料理。葷素皆宜，如有特別需求也能和主廚商量客制化。停車可以找路邊白線、或是停附近公園裡停車場。
The quality is correct and the quantity is round, and the dishes can be eaten with care. Both meat and vegetables are suitable, and if you have special needs, you can also discuss the customization with the chef. Parking can be found on the white line on the side of the road, or in the parking lot in the nearby park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到評價不錯就來嚐鮮看看 因為是點套餐 前菜沙拉醬料是添加果醋 味道比較重 湯品為南瓜湯 味道比較清淡可以中和酸味 主菜是點青醬海鮮 麵體為扁麵 跟細麵比可以吸附更多醬汁 跟管麵比又不會有厚重感 以這個價位蛤蜊可以多放一點增加鮮度

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主廚手藝令人驚豔，完全是五星級水準，每道餐都有詳細的產地解說,青菜也是有機栽培，果汁也不馬虎，雖然開在烏日卻有臺北水準高貴不貴，燉飯是我不愛吃的但是在這裡卻可以吃二盤，真的好吃又好看。
The chef's craftsmanship is amazing, and it is completely five-star level. Each meal has a detailed explanation of the origin. The vegetables are also organically cultivated, and the juice is not sloppy. Although it is opened in Uri, it has a Taipei standard and is not expensive. The stewed rice is I don't like to eat, but I can eat two plates here. It's really delicious and beautiful.

調味都很剛好不會膩
肉類極優秀
像是雞胸肉非常軟嫩?
豬肉不硬不柴有嚼勁?
海鮮Q彈新鮮?
主食部分燉飯非常濃郁
但義大利麵不知道是不是沒收乾所以些許覺得沒入味
最後老闆還很貼心招待前菜跟甜點?

現在要能夠找到美味但又吃得安心的餐廳真的很難
餐點裡面印象最深刻就是
《金黃雞肉澄清湯 》
因為做法繁複 現在真的超少看到
喝起來是超級濃郁的雞湯香氣加上蔬果濃濃的甜味
好喝到立刻買了十包冷凍包回家！
大家來這裡一定要點！

上菜會介紹每道餐點的特色、食材、調味等，親切細心，大推功夫油封鴨，皮酥脆肉軟而不柴，老公大讚比法森小館的還好吃！西班牙大蒜蝦底部有用香味濃郁的蝦油，用麵包蘸著吃一點也不浪費精華，從濃湯、前菜到主菜和甜點皆是美味，有法式料理的質感但收費算平價，真的很推薦！
今日的晚餐十分滿足，感謝招待。
