★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 921震後完工(應是2003前後)，但 根據在地的朋友說法 ，不是純震後大樓。921時已經動工，後來因故停工了幾年，一度成為爛尾樓，最後才又接著蓋完。所以工法應該不是震後的。

Construction started at 921, and then it was suspended for several years for some reason. It was once a rotten building, and then it was finally completed. Therefore, the construction method should not be post-earthquake.
