電話下單女店員態度極佳。 因為有一品項缺,待討論後再去電訂購, 男店員接起電話的口氣已極差,似乎生氣到講話不清楚,連店名都講不清楚,我還得確認是這家店。 我告知男店員,“剛才訂購有一樣缺,現在要回覆改甚麼“,(這句話說完,我自然會再告訴他我的資訊) 但男店員沒耐心等我說完就中斷大聲咆哮指責我,問我是誰,我一句話說三次都被中斷,後來我停下來,聽他咆哮說完他們有五個單,不知道我是誰,我才繼續說。 我不是他店裡的員工,並不清楚店怎樣作業。換了個接應的人。 這位男店員全程都用大聲咆哮的口氣,連隔壁的人都聽得見話筒裡男店員的聲音。“要甚麼““甜度““冰塊““多少錢找““妳要用多少錢找” 我覺得有幾個問題 1.店名講不清楚 2.一直中斷客戶的話,沒耐心聽客人說甚麼 3.全程用大聲咆哮的口氣 4.如果店忙單多 不是客人的問題 5.客人不需要當店員出氣筒 這是很嚴重而且很扯的事件 試問如果有多家飲料店可選擇,以後誰想花錢當店員出氣筒。而且脾氣不好,影響別人心情,也影響自己健康。 再次說 這是很嚴重而且很扯的事件
