2.詢問商家是否開立發票或收據,商家回應下游廠商無法開立,我對應的窗口是商家,又不是下游店家?真的是無言

第一次通話說明想做陽台窗,要求加賴後要我自行丈量,我問:是要線上報價嗎?(心裏覺得很奇怪第一次遇到這種連到現場量都沒有還要客戶自己丈量)老闆:「我電話不是說過了嗎?」 當下就覺得老闆態度不是很好沒耐性。接著尺寸給他後就連已讀也沒有再訊息也不讀不回
隔天再打給老闆表明是昨天聯絡的人詢問何時報價,我提到我們之前有其他廠商來量過會比價後再決定。老闆直接回:「你直接找他們做就好了啊不用找我們!我們一天做好幾場不用你們比價!」
當下超傻眼!有人生意這樣做的嗎?消費者不能比價嗎?退一萬步說就算真的不想接我這筆生意也應該直接訊息回覆吧?直接不讀不回超級沒禮貌!

I called the boss the next day and said that it was the person who contacted yesterday to ask when to quote. I mentioned that we had other manufacturers come to measure and compare the prices before deciding. The boss replied directly: "You can just ask them to do it directly, you don't need to ask us! We do a few games a day without you comparing prices!"
Super dumbfounded right now! Has anyone done this in business? Can consumers compare prices? Take a step back and say that even if you really don't want to accept my business, you should reply directly to the message, right? It's super rude not to read it directly!
