 The service is friendly, no need to worry, you can wait in the lounge, but the lounge is not separated from the vehicle inspection, resulting in smelling the exhaust gas and looking forward to improvement.

It's terrible... I make up for the post-test. It's totally unacceptable to just leave it aside and wait for nearly an hour in order to find the engine number. Bullying girls do not understand cars. Sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度不佳，一般民間驗車廠會幫忙處理車燈問題，沒查看，驗車費收下還註記，叫車主七天內回來覆驗，建議有小改裝的車別試。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今早去驗車是一個中年頭髮微禿的櫃檯先生接洽，服務態度差動作慢也就算了，事後驗完沒過口氣更差，是不能好好講嗎?以後不會再去
I went to the car inspection this morning and was approached by a middle-aged gentleman with bald hair at the counter. The service attitude was poor and the action was slow. I didn’t have a post-inspection and my tone was worse. Can’t I talk about it well? I won’t go again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛死了! 只是換牌照燈的小問題也不幫忙處理，一直說5點到要下班了，要我們7天內再去複驗，上班就是擠不出時間為了你準時下班我要特地請假去換燈再復驗!
