★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度差勁⋯退房檢查時東挑西挑⋯口氣很不好會將你的"壓金"找理由扣到拿不回，尤其是租到的房需要保養的電器，租房前完全不會提醒你去保養也不會告知任何細節，退租後必須讓租客承擔，事後一一找碴....干(不只是心理，連表面也讓人很...干)。
法律上的實務認定來說，容許正常使用下的「自然耗損」，如物品折舊等等...但這家房仲業者會將所有問題算在租房客身上，所以比須注意 <<<在一次提醒。
算了幾千塊小錢給你們我不缺這一點錢，短短一兩年租房既然遇上如此房仲。
希望不要有下一個冤大頭受騙了。
