天然酸味來自老闆娘家鄉貴州少數民族傳統製法，由蕃茄加上木薑油醃漬而成，食後回甘，風味特殊。

它軟到我覺得我可以直接吞都沒問題
小香腸也是太軟⋯⋯煮過頭的感覺

酸辣土豆絲和嗆炒高麗菜真的非常好吃

豬：豬腳q、處理的也很乾淨，湯頭我個人不喜歡是偏淡口味難形容
雞：雞嫩、小菜黑黑的那道會辣，配飯合適
吃完老闆娘還會問你習慣口味嗎 覺得待客還不錯，但相對起來我更喜歡吃隔壁的阿秀但是我會外帶
