屬於比較紮實的類型。粉漿厚實外層又煎的酥脆、內部多加了豆芽，相較一般的蚵仔煎更有滿足感。醬料應該是自製的甜辣醬和蒜蓉醬，口味十足但不會過鹹，值得一吃！
招牌炒飯反而比較沒有驚喜的感覺。$60
可能是外帶的關係，吃起來有點略油。菜脯火腿和高麗菜絲作為主角，整體調味剛好，但沒有特別厲害的感覺。下午應該會試試蝦仁炒飯或炒麵看看~
主食大多$60-80，以CP值來說是相當滿足的選擇~

過來試了之後沒有讓我失望，雖然沒有整張麵皮都是酥皮的，但至少邊邊還吃得到一點酥酥的口感，覺得很棒。
