台中目前吃過最好吃的千層蛋糕沒有之一,這次吃到的是檸檬口味,裡面有很多的檸檬皮是肉眼就可以看見的多,一條價格是420元,建議都要先預定,除了這邊還有美村那邊也可以買得到,保存方式店家是建議冷凍保存但我其實比較喜歡沒有冰沙的那種口感所以我都放在冷藏,吃起來比較軟一點,而且我一個人吃2天其實就能吃完(因為真的超級好吃?)千層是真的吃得出一層一層的口感,檸檬的味道很天然,而且真的很有層次,上層的蘋果片也充滿著檸檬的酸味,雖然很酸但是酸的很好吃,吃完後嘴裡有滿滿的檸檬香氣,然後才會有淡淡的奶味,沒有什麼蘋果的味道,蛋糕體本身也都有濃濃的檸檬味,不過沒有上層的檸檬那麼酸,比較多的是檸檬香,非常推薦大家來台中一定要嘗試看看!
