乾麵的部分加肉燥加空心菜份量足夠，
肉燥不會太油也不會太鹹，味道剛剛好，
肉燥飯的部分，肉燥有瘦有肥恰到好處，
但飯有點濕黏，唯一的敗筆，
滷蛋跟甜辣醬是自己加的，滷蛋有入味。
