★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務親切，價格合理，說明清楚。我有加價買$300的免自負保險，以免真的擦撞到還要付很多自負額。車內很乾淨。不過透過網站租車該附的設備沒附到，趕著走沒留意，還好不是大問題，事後服務人員也未因此找我們索討。還是提醒大家租車前要仔細清點喔。
The service is kind, the price is reasonable, and the explanation is clear. I have a $300 exemption insurance for a premium, so that I don’t have to pay a lot of deductibles. The car is very clean. However, the equipment that should be attached to rent a car through the website was not attached, and I rushed away without paying attention. Fortunately, it was not a big problem. I still remind everyone to check carefully before renting a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/28 預約早上8點半租LIVINA，當時服務的人員態度很親切!! 事先有請公司提供GPS及行車紀錄器，後來當天詢問有無藍芽也立馬幫我們處理好。車況不錯，外表及車內也滿乾淨，下次有機會還是會跟小馬租車。謝謝服務我們的那位先生。
2/28 I made an appointment to rent LIVINA at 8:30 in the morning. At that time, the service staff was very kind!! I asked the company to provide GPS and driving recorder in advance. Later, I asked if there was Bluetooth on the same day and helped us to deal with it immediately. The car is in good condition, and the exterior and interior are also clean. I will rent a car with Pony next time. Thank you gentleman who served us.
