★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保險續保繳費完,一星期多之後查詢保單未何尚未收到,陳姓女保險員未經查證逕行自墊保費再加保一次,後才告知保費已重複繳納需退保人名下再匯還給陳姓女保險員她本人,後詢問為何保費早已繳納,是保單未出的問題而已怎會又再續保一次繳納,這身為專業保險員為何不先查證怎會再自掏腰包先墊付,後再要求客戶歸還款項,陳姓女保險員也口氣不佳回答,因之前年節較忙而未注意疏忽到這怎可怪罪於她,我說這是妳身為專業保險員的說詞做法跟態度嗎?陳姓保險員生氣回應,以後不接你的保單了,還駡個(爛)字出來,身為一個營利服務大衆公司的員工如此行為,只能說不敢接受苟同。
