★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度非常的差 於5/26中午二點多打電話叫七杯飲料外送 貴店接電話小姐口氣極差 我們點了兩三杯之後 貴店小姐說：妳可不可以講快一點 一次講完 我只有一個人。我們講話並沒有很慢 小姐妳只有一個人是我的錯嗎？服務業用這種口氣態度對嗎？
送飲料來一個有年紀的阿姨 只帶零錢無法找零 跟我們說：下次拿＄1000要先打電話講 所以，拿＄1000又是我們的錯？我們也是服務業也做過餐飲，不知道外送客人會拿仟鈔要找零？
在這次經驗之前對貴店印象一直不錯，到現場買態度都很好，今天卻是非常的傻眼，感覺有夠差，以後也不會再消費了！
The service attitude is very poor than 5/26 at 2 o’clock at noon. I called and ordered seven drinks to be delivered to your shop. The lady who answered the phone had a bad tone. After we ordered two or three cups, the lady of your shop said: Can you speak faster and finish it at a time I have only one person. We are not very slow in speaking. Is it my fault that you have only one person? Is it right for the service industry to use this tone?
Bringing a drink to an elderly aunt who only brings change and can’t get change. Tell us: Next time you get $1000, you have to call first to talk about it. So, it’s our fault to take $1000? We have also done catering in the service industry. Don’t know if delivery guests will take thousands of bills to find zero?
Before this experience, I have always had a good impression of your store, and I have been very good at buying on the spot, but today I am very dumbfounded, I feel bad enough, and I will not consume again in the future!

18 minutes to call to order, told me that I would be busy in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the scene at 40 minutes, I told me that the pearls were gone and I had to wait for 10 minutes.
