店內裝潢漂亮,包裝有質感。可惜消費經驗不佳: 7/11初次消費,店員不斷推薦多買商品,可以集點換卡(滿30點換會員卡享9折)但7/21就截止集點了,只剩10天要集滿30點,對新顧客來說真是挑戰呢。怎麼會強力推銷快要過期的活動呢? ——— 聽過兩位朋友推薦,今天剛好路過特地來買看看,可能因為已經7點,時間稍晚,架上品項已經不多。看來看去先拿一支法國麵包$60元結帳(朋友買給我們吃過,還不錯) 店員問有沒有會員卡,會員卡九折,告知消費滿百元可以集點。一開始我們沒有興趣畢竟第一次來消費,後來店員不斷推銷可以再買什麼就可以集點。因此拿了第二個品項(鹽可頌5入$135元) 結帳時,店員又鼓吹:「再5元就可以集兩點喔!」 不斷地推銷之後,家人又再去選一個商品(古典巧克力$48) 最後終於順利結帳並拿了集點卡。上車後才發現集點卡的日期,再10天就到期了!是不是弄錯了?活動這麼短?幹嘛一直推銷呢??? 以為店員拿錯卡片,因此特地打電話? 詢問。 店員表示:「我們活動就是這樣,沒有錯喔!活動6月開始,…」 (我問:請問剩下十天怎麼湊到30點呢(100元一點),畢竟麵包有新鮮效期?) 而且確實是因為她一直推銷我們才又拿商品結帳。後來她執意要換店長來解釋,店長的版本說:「活動一般是10月開始,然後blah blah…,也可以買父親節蛋糕集點數…」 (呃,7/21…距離8月父親節也還有一段日子) 我們趕時間離開,也懶得開車回去退換了。 總之這樣的感受很不好~過程有種被拐的感覺? ㄧ、店員在遊說集點的時候應該明確的向顧客說明清楚活動內容,以及將到期的問題(但如果顧客得知再10天到期,基本上也不會為了湊點消費) 二、不應該是遊說成功結帳了,才給予集點卡片說有告知消費者活動即將到期。 (但其實我們兩位當下完全沒有聽到店員說卡片效期,才會在離開之後這麼驚訝) 三、既然是鼓勵顧客花錢消費的活動,建議考量顧客合理的消費模式。 集點活動快到期的話,可換成新的集點卡,或有相關配套。又或者,集點的期間多長,集點效期的起始日,以客人首次消費為準。

The clerk should clearly explain to the customer the content of the event and the expiration issue when lobbying the gathering point (but if the customer knows that it will expire in 10 days, basically it will not be for the purpose of making purchases) 2. It shouldn't be the successful checkout of lobbying, and then give the card to tell the consumers that the event is about to expire. (But in fact, the two of us didn’t hear the clerk say that the card is valid at all, so we were so surprised after we left) 3. Since it is an activity that encourages customers to spend money, it is recommended to consider customers' reasonable consumption patterns. If the spot activity is about to expire, it can be replaced with a new spot card, or there are related packages. Or, how long the collection point is, and the starting date of the collection point’s validity period is based on the guest’s first consumption.

回購N回了,雖然偶爾會覺得不知道要買啥,但最後還是繼續買他們家麵包。可頌或者奶油包(圓圓一顆那個、熱過會爆漿好好吃、注意燙口);雖然有點油,但很好吃…鹹香鹹香,每次去基本都會買。 柚香夏威夷豆麵包、吐司系列、鹹蛋黃蛋糕、小蔥麵包、小熱狗麵包、切片蛋糕、抹茶紅豆蛋糕、芝麻蛋糕、菠蘿麵包、甚至季節限定的芒果寶盒等,認真的說所有的口味我好像都買過(除了新的產品),哈哈哈哈哈。 以單價來說不算佛心,但真的用料實在(使用的奶油、堅果、麵粉…等),有朋友吃過這家、仍表示還是更喜歡全*或者家**的麵包;只能說口味喜好真的無法以偏概全,不能以一當十定論,至少!我是回不去了~~~媽媽也是麵包控,吃過幾次之後讚不絕口~ 自己本身是有會員的,但偶爾還是會碰到店員詢問是否要參加集點?但有時就這麼剛好,集點活動再過幾天就截止,集點?不集?收下集點卡後大概默默放到過期限。希望店員姊姊們感同身受一下,顧客體驗的感覺會更好一些。 最近大概因為疫情關係,沒有繼續提供麵包試吃;之前有提供試吃時,感覺完全不怕客人吃,每個口味店員都會請你嚐嚐,很大方。
