111/6 初訪 清湯醬油拉麵 $180 台灣味、麵軟,麵條是粗的吃起來QQ的,溏心蛋有點不熟,可能只有5分,連蛋白都有點不熟?另一碗的溏心蛋吃起來有7-8分,可能是剛好這顆比較不熟而已~不過個人不太介意,還是好吃的溏心蛋,麵上面的蔥花蠻加分的!湯頭蠻清的(但不是清淡),是喜歡的醬油味,喝了好幾口~四片薄叉燒,口感很特別!跟一般拉麵上的叉燒不一樣,偏瘦還算嫩、也不會太鹹,整體而言是好吃的拉麵? 叉燒飯$50 算小碗的,炙燒香味很讚,飯粒粒分明有淋好吃的醬汁,上面鹹美乃滋跟叉燒很搭,叉燒塊的厚度是拉麵薄叉燒的3倍,也很嫩很好吃,不過建議的話可以共食,個人吃到一半就覺得有點膩 特製叉燒濃湯拉麵 $300 選日本味麵硬,薄叉燒的份量是兩倍,但這碗只有喝一口湯、吃一口厚叉燒,個人覺得湯頭還蠻濃郁好喝!厚叉燒的厚度應該也有薄叉燒的2-3倍,偏瘦、有濃厚的豬肉味(是越嚼越香的?味),但也莫名有點滷肉感? 週日晚上六點去,可能因為下雨,進去到出來都沒有其他客人?每碗麵填一張單,也可以免費加麵一次,要調整湯頭或特製辣醬可以再跟老闆說,桌上有放綁頭髮的小罐子很貼心,吃完要自己把碗放上櫃檯、用抹布清潔桌面,門外還有桌前都有明顯告示~
