可是好像不太有適合一個人吃的小菜，有點可惜。

ㄧ、炒粄條和湯粄條全部只用醬油調味，甚至拿來當湯粄條湯底，顏色跟口味真的是失敗….
二、油蔥口味不香，只是當作裝飾
三、給料小氣，炒粄條裡面才幾片肉屑和菜屑，湯粄條甚至連一片豬肉都沒有，只有半顆滷蛋
不曉得評價是怎麼來的，可能很多人沒吃過好吃的客家粄條，這家口味真的不行，用料也非常小氣，從小吃竹東的、北埔的、三義的，從來沒吃過這麼雷的客家粄條…

這輩子沒吃過這麼雷的客家板條！
價格貴又難吃就算了，湯板條除了半顆滷蛋，還有一點肉燥就沒了 呵呵呵
炒板條也是菜跟肉也是小氣到一個極致！
這種雷店一輩子被雷一次就夠了，不知道其他好評看了實在有夠諷刺的 呵呵
