Braised pork noodles / rice noodles 90NT. A little bit disappointed. Noodles are a little bit better than the rice ones, but still really plain. I found it a little bit expensive and you have to queue up if you want to eat on the spot.

At 90ntd a bowl, it's reasonably priced.
The pork spare ribs are well seasoned and packed with flavor. The noodles are just ok.
Dinning in space can get a bit too tight to the point that you just want to finish and get out there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's ALWAYS a line for this place no matter what. This review is specifically for the bowl of pork spare rib noodles it is known for. I didn't order anything else. About the bowl of noodles: Nothing stood out about the soup, but it's solid just like most places in Taiwan. The pork spare ribs has a nice texture outside, but the inside could be chewier. I also ordered the egg noodles (you can choose vermicelli too). I found that the noodles were a little too soft. If you decide to order from here, do not order takeout. Better to go in person.
