★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹹蛋糕晚上七點半才出爐~所以下午去買撲空，只好等到七點半再次光臨，蛋捲是用鴨蛋做的，所以吃的時候還可以吃到濃濃的鴨蛋味，雪花餅內餡是包綠豆沙和油蔥，因為是雪花餅皮，所以邊吃邊掉皮，這應該就是雪花餅的由來吧~~呵呵

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豐原是糕點之鄉～老雪花齋是在地的老店，要進進到店裡彷彿走入了時光隧道，裡面具有濃濃的早期日式老宅的感覺，雖是老店店裡看的出來是非常用心在照顧，看起來非常的整潔舒適，有各式的糕點，除了月餅外，還有六、日才有販售的鹹蛋糕及蛋捲，這次買的是蛋捲，因應現在日吃的比較健康，將原本撒在蛋捲上的糖另外附了，是一個蠻貼心的設計，蛋捲吃起來有濃濃的蛋香，是適合拿來當作搭配下午茶的小點心！???
