★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從小吃到大的肉鬆，除了別家不愛啦！小時候就挑食，肉鬆是我最佳的主菜！就在豐原菜市場內非常方便，除了原味肉鬆外，有加海荅芝麻的也很愛棒，其他肉條、肉乾、肉片等也超好吃，肉條帶點微辣，超適合當下酒菜和零嘴的啦！只要有肉鬆就可以續很多碗喔~~肉鬆加點沙拉當三明治也很合適。 個人自創菜色：一般乾麵條煮熟後，稍微用冷水過一下，將蒜頭切成末，加一點點醬油膏，加上肉鬆，如果有玉米粒也可以加上，有海荅就更棒，全部拌一拌，就是超好吃乾麵啦！！捲壽司也一定要加上肉鬆的啦！當然還是賢味芳！
