臭豆腐的標準是酥脆
我覺得蠻酥的
蘇到已經要化掉的感覺
所以沒有脆
泡菜也感覺乾乾的
只有酸味沒有甜味
覺得整體沒有到很好吃
板條湯麵
板條吃起來很q
而且跟以前認知的板條不一樣
比較薄比較寬
但很好吃
湯頭非常清甜
加上肉燥
覺得還不錯
綜合湯
料也不多
豬血 粉腸 瘦肉
加一點酸菜
也算普通
