上個月到這裡把自己親愛的毛小孩送走了.. 雖然整個過程非常得難過，但是感覺得到工作人員的體貼，遇到其他工作人員也會點頭致意.. 工作人員態度良好非常加分，謝謝周家花園

我依約定時間到達時，現場無接待人員，還要我打電話，工作人員急忙趕來後，用推貨的手推車推出來，感覺不是很好，因為工作人員遲到，因此很快的就到預定的火花時間，然後就催促我們要馬上火化，讓我們沒有足夠時間道別，遺體並不會做整理，看起來就是動物醫院的狀態

周家花園真的很棒，有佛堂和基督的宗教儀式，希望每個小狗都能有始有終❤️

Since my dog was very ill, I had some tome to research a few different cremation places before his passing and found this one to be the most sincere without trying to up sell any additional products I didn’t need. They were very friendly when I went in for an initial site visit and even more patient when I messaged with further questions. And when the time came, I was able to call in and got a cremation appointment reserved in two hours. My dog had passed at 8am and I was able to take his ash with me by noon-ish. I know one of the review someone had mentioned that they felt it was insensitive of them to ask the owners to say things like “tun away from the fire!”. Having been through a relative’s cremation here in Taiwan I understood that was the tradition and that’s a part of the whole healing process knowing that that body is now just a shell and your beloved one’s spirit has left that shell the moment you asked the spirit to “run away from the fire”. All and all I would definitively recommend anyone here. We brought the ash home but I understand they also have a separate location (the actual garden) for burial. It gave us the final closure that we needed. *side note: some of the cremation places sell add on cremation offerings such as taiwanese folded paper money lotus. This place gives every one of the animals they service a complementary paper money folded lotus. It gave me a piece of mind knowing that my baby is able to leave this realm with a safe keeping on his journey to the other world.
