It was not bad when we acted for Vespa before, and the technicians are also great! Later, after changing the technician and without official authorization, it said that Vespa was still doing maintenance and repairs (I did not inform that there was no agent for it), but the quality was much lower. Every time I went back for maintenance, I didn’t know if it was done properly. It seems to be used casually. Even when I went back and installed a front hook, it was badly installed, and there was a thick foam behind the hook! Compared with another Vespa with a front hook installed by a previous technician, is it right for the new technician to say that there is thick foam? Later, I went to another original Vespa to ask a technician. The technician said that the thick foam was installed incorrectly, and the thick foam should be installed on a heavy-duty motorcycle. Generally, the white card is to install thin foam... :) There are follow-up problems, and I feel that I have not dealt with them properly, and I will not come back for maintenance and repairs in the future.
