★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾經考量後決定分享個人經驗，避免有更多的消費者遭受無妄之災。第一次委託給該店家洗床單，該店家在有洗滌標示說明"不可漂白"並未經告知消費者情況下擅自使用漂白產品清洗，而且"送洗後"與"未送洗"對比下的顏色、透氣性、表面質感，都已變質並喪失其天絲材質特性。在消費者花費許多金錢與時間溝通調解未果，甚至跑到臺中市政府開立調解會，在於店家不認為自己有疏失、並指責是消費者送洗物品太髒造成，過程態度傲慢跋扈，最終調解未果，上述經驗給大家參考。
