★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原先看著評論不少人反應說櫃檯態度不佳，猶豫要不要來，總是要經歷才知道，今天櫃檯是一個面帶笑容很會哄小孩的姐姐，看著她細心交代兩個弟弟藥粉一個是劃線作記號一個是沒有，不可以拿錯唷。
今天看診是一個江醫生?⚕️看診很細心，會詢問以前是否有類似病況，也交代回家需要注意事項，櫃檯態度也不錯，讓我對評價上改觀了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人到貴診所就醫，以往都安排在二樓就診，對醫師的醫療也有很好的印象，因此告知櫃檯人員想到二樓就診，沒想到櫃檯人員多次頗不耐煩的回覆「沒有樓上」，最後才說「X醫師今天在一樓看診」，我覺得這不是溝通誤解的問題，是櫃檯人員態度的問題，病人對一家診所的印象，除了醫師的醫療技術外，第一線人員的態度也很重要，希望貴診所多加改進！
